About

Timothy Caraboolad is an entrepreneur, real estate developer, and designer with experience spanning luxury residential construction, business development, retail, and customer-focused entrepreneurship. Based in Palm Beach, Florida, he is currently building Lad Design, a South Florida venture focused on high-end custom homes and thoughtfully designed residential properties.

Timothy was born and raised in Boston, Massachusetts, where he was introduced to construction through his family’s business. As a teenager, he began working at Metric Construction Corporation, founded by his father, Geoffrey Caraboolad. This early experience gave him practical insight into project management, construction operations, real estate development, and the importance of quality execution.

He later earned a Bachelor’s Degree in International Business from Rollins College. After completing his education, Timothy managed multifamily and residential renovation projects in Brookline and Newton before launching Arc Design. Through Arc Design, he developed and designed luxury residential properties while remaining personally involved in every phase of the process, including planning, interior design, material selection, and final finishes.

A family experience later inspired Timothy to enter the cannabis industry. While helping his mother during her treatment for breast cancer, he saw how challenging it could be for patients to access medical cannabis in a clear and professional environment. In response, he founded Native Sun Wellness in 2017 and helped create multiple Massachusetts retail locations designed around education, trust, and customer experience. He also founded Holland Brands to develop recreational cannabis retail properties.

Today, Timothy is returning his primary focus to residential development through Lad Design. His planned work includes luxury homes and spec-house development in the South of Southern area of West Palm Beach.

Outside of his professional ventures, Timothy enjoys downhill skiing, offshore and fly fishing, mountain and road cycling, golf, tennis, and hiking. His career reflects an ongoing commitment to thoughtful design, practical problem-solving, and hands-on leadership.
